I had an incredible experience from start to finish at Lady Marmalade and my hair has never looked so good! Everyone in the salon was lovely and welcoming. The hair treatment has made my hair so shiny and soft, and the steamed towel felt like luxury. Alex gave me a really thorough consultation, I left with my hair looking better than I could have asked for. He is a great stylist who knows exactly what he’s doing and was really helpful by giving me tips on how to style my hair at home. 11/10

I had the best experience at Lady Marmalade. I am visiting from the country and just needed an in between haircut. I was made to feel so welcome and enjoyed every aspect of my time there. Roman gave me a great haircut and was friendly and very easy to chat to. The glass of wine and great head massage and conditioning of my hair added to the experience. If I ever spend time in this part of Melbourne again I will definitely return to this salon. Thanks so much for making this a highlight of my time in Prahran.

I had such a beautiful experience at Lady Marmalade in Prahran. As a Black woman with curly hair, it hasn’t always been easy finding salons where I feel understood, respected, and confident that my hair is in good hands. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine kindness and respect. The team was incredibly accommodating, listened to what I wanted, and truly knew how to work with and care for my curls. I felt comfortable, seen, and valued the entire time. I walked out with healthy, luscious hair and a big smile on my face. I can’t recommend this salon enough, especially to anyone with curly or textured hair who’s looking for a place that really knows what they’re doing. Special shout out Kisane, Abbie and Mel. The whole team at Lady Marmalade will make you feel welcome. Alex has been cutting my hair for several years now, all different styles. His haircuts are so amazing, even if you can’t get back frequently they always grow out beautifully. From short to long he is exceptional. Roman does my colour and he always is happy to oblige when I want to try something different and delivers results beyond my expectations. I highly recommend a trip to Lady Marmalade if you want to feel fabulous.

What a wonderful place! I randomly walked in here and got so lucky to get a blowout with Alex. You can tell he really knows his stuff and the blowout was phenomenal with incredible products. And they were so nice to offer a menu of drinks and a cookie!! World class. :)
